You can return your unworn shoes within 15 days of receiving them.

If the products are not the correct size, or if they don’t respond to your expectation, they may be returned, make sure they are in the same condition as they were sent and in the same box. BellaStoria Vegan will send the new product free of charge. The customer should write a note with the reason for the return together with the products and send them in a box to our warehouse address. Please write us an email whit in object: Return and we will send the address and all the information.

The custom made shoes can be changed on size without any problem, but not refunded.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. BellaStoria Vegan will send the new product at no cost to the customer.

IMPORTANT: You should always try the vegan shoes indoors and with socks. 
If not satisfied, or you do not want the product and it is in good condition, without exhibiting symptoms of use or wear, including the box, BellaStoria Vegan will reimburse the full amount of your order, excluded shipping and handling charges. You should contact us within 15 days after receiving the product indicating the reason for the return. The reimbursing will be made on the same model in which the purchase was made. If the product have use marks, BellaStoria Vegan will contact the client to resend the product and the associated costs will be paid by the customer.

Refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed.

Not all declined deliveries are returned to us by customs. We cannot issue refunds for shoes not returned to our warehouse, therefore parcels abandoned or deliveries declined by customers will not be eligible for refunds.  
In cases when parcels are sent back to our warehouse, they can take weeks to arrive. Please keep this in mind as you await your refund. Shipping charges for declined items are non-refundable.
